 MMXVI Tour
The Dixie Chicks returned to headline touring for the first time in 10 years. Their stage design,
wardrobe and instruments took on a black and white theme throughout the tour. This was the first tour in which the Chicks
had an intermission and wardrobe change. The Chicks played many of their hits as well as covers from Prince, Beyoncé,
and Ben Harper. They performed 82 shows that spanned the globe from Europe to North America and Australia into 2017.
Opening acts included Anderson East, Augustana, The Heavy, Vintage Trouble, Elle King, Smooth
Hound Smith, Josh Herbert, and Avalanche City
